I was asked to work alongside two developers who were renovating this property and completely gutting it to sell once completed. They had worked on properties previously and therefore had design ideas of their own, I was able to confirm these ideas while adding my own suggestions and giving them advice on design trends and new selections which would make the property desirable for the property market.
